Orangey Peach Slush

Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen peaches

  • water

  • fresh lime juice

  • 4 Tbsp AOOC Mani Orange Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Peach Balsamic

Directions

  • (If using fresh peaches) Peel peaches by pouring boiling water over the peaches for 30 second, or just peel with a pairing knife.
  • Chop peaches into chunks and put into a blender or food processor.
  • Add water, squeeze of lime juice, olive oil and balsamic and blend until smooth in consistency.
  • Pour into a pan (I used a 9×13) and freeze in freezer for 1-2 hours. (Stir a few times so it does not freeze in a solid block)
  • Stir and whip it up with a fork so its slushy!
