Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
(I personally love to use frozen, pre-cooked shrimp for a quick and EZPZ recipe hack)3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lime, juiced
fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
lime wedges (for serving)
Optional: Add a drizzle of AOOC Pomegranate-Quince Balsamic over top of cooked shrimp for a dash of sweet with your heat
Directions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, sea salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Marinate the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry the Shrimp: Place the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook: Air fry the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve: Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
