Napa Cabbage
Green Apples
Green Onion
Slivered Almonds
Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
Honey Ginger Balsamic
Butter Olive Oil
Directions
- In skillet, drizzle butter olive oil over almonds. Toast over low heat and sprinkle with sea salt to finish. (These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks)
- Slice green apples. Cover in Honey Ginger Balsamic and let marinate.
- Thinly slice cabbage & chop green onions.
- In serving bowl, combine cabbage, green onions and green apples. Gently toss with Toasted Sesame Seed Oil & Honey Ginger Balsamic to taste.
- Sprinkle with toasted almonds to serve.
Notes
- To add chicken- Marinate chicken in Toasted Sesame Oil and Honey Ginger Balsamic. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast at 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Toss into coleslaw before adding toasted almonds on top.
