Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread

  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (or more if you prefer a “saucier” pizza)

  • AOOC Chipotle Olive Oil

  • Shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Chicken, cooked (I love using shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen breaded chicken or leftovers)

  • Toppings Ideas: diced red onion, diced bell pepper, cooked bacon, pineapple

  • AOOC Pineapple Balsamic

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Drizzle flatbread with Chipotle Olive Oil and cover with barbecue sauce.
  • Top with cheddar cheese then add your cooked chicken and the rest of your desired toppings.
  • Place directly on middle rack and bake for 9-12 minutes, or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted. (For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.)
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with AOOC Pineapple Balsamic.
  • Cut into slices and enjoy!
