“Diet” Hamburgers⠀

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of lean hamburger
- 1 bell pepper finely chopped⠀
- 3-6 button mushrooms chopped⠀
- 1/4 cup onion finally chopped⠀
- 1 tbs Abingdon Olive Oil Company Garlic Olive Oil⠀
- 1 tbs AOOC 18-Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar⠀
- 1 tsp Hunter’s Blend Mediterranean Salt⠀
- 1 tbs low salt soy sauce

Directions
- Preheat the grill⠀
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly with your hands (as kids we wanted to do this part). Make into patties of desired size.⠀
- Grill to perfection on medium-low heat.⠀
- Drizzle extra AOOC 18-year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar after taking of the grill.
