Ingredients
- 3 tsp Abingdon Olive Oil Company Infused Butter Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp AOOC Fused Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp AOOC Fused Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Directions
- On medium heat, heat oil and cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add parmesan cheese and pepper. Slowly little by little mix in milk with a whisk until the desired consistency is reached. Toss with fettuccini and enjoy!
- For some variety, mix in spinach, top with grilled chicken marinated in AOOC Tuscan Herb or AOOC Smoked Olive Wood Olive Oil. Yum!
