EZPZ Grilled Zucchini

Summer time means garden time. All those fresh veggies straight from the garden. Here is a great recipe for a highly versatile vegetable that is different from the norm.

  1. Slice the zucchini into 1″ thick steaks. Place zucchini in a large sealable bag. Add AOOC Basiks Italian Table Blend Seasoning and shake gently. Drizzle AOOC Infused Milanese Gremolata OO and AOOC Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar into bag. As always, adjust to your personal tase. Gently shake till well coated. Grill on low-medium heat, flipping about every 5 minutes. I prefer to grill my zucchini to a still slightly crunchy but hot all the way through. Enjoy this mouth watering, garden delight.
