Since we were kids we were taught that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not start with a hearty breakfast that’s sure to fuel you up for your day ahead! This is EZPZ and only will take you about 15 minutes to throw together!

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 fresh avocado
1 Italian sausage link
Cheese, of your choice
AOOC High-Phenol Extra Virgin Olive Oil, of your choice
1/4 of lime (or AOOC Persian Lime Olive Oil)
Seasonings of your choice, we recommend Basik’s Key West or Chili Lime Seasoning
Directions
- Halve and slice avocado. Set aside.
- Heat up a medium sized pan on medium high heat. Add a few drizzles of EVOO.
- Slice up sausage into 1 inch slices. Add to pan and cook until warmed and cooked through. (While sausage is cooking- crack 2 eggs into separate bowl and whisk together. Add splash of milk if desired)
- Once sausage is done, add a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavor. Move sausage to plate and set aside for moment
- Add extra drizzle EVOO to sausage pan. Add eggs and cook, stirring regularly, till fluffy. Top with cheese.
- Move eggs and avocado to plate with sausage. Drizzle avocado with EVOO and Traditional 18-Yr Balsamic.
