Ingredients
- Food processor
- 3 Egg yolks
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 garlic clove, optional
- 1 Cup AOOC Olive Wood Smoked OO
- ½ Cup AOOC Arbequina or mild intensity EVOO
Directions
- Into the food Processor add every Ingredient except the Olive oil. Pulse together to mix.
- Slowly feed Olive oil through the top of the processor until thickening to a mayonnaise consistency.
- Wrap in cling wrap or store in a bottle in your fridge for up to 5 days.
