Ingredients
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp salt
Directions
- In medium bowl, whisk mustard, salt, and balsamic until well blended.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking quickly. (until mixture is thick and emulsified)
- In sealable container or large ziplock bag, place your meat (steak, pork, or chicken) or tofu and coat with marinade mixture.
- Refrigerate and marinate for 4-6 hours. Turn meat at least once during process.
- Bake/Broil/Grill your choice of meat or tofu and serve.
