  • Combine pesto ingredients in processor of choice. Blend till walnuts are coarsely chopped.
  • Marinate shrimp in 1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of Garlic Olive Oil in skillet to medium/high. Add shrimp. Allow to lightly brown on one side before turning. (It will pop off the surface easily when ready. Be patient.)
  • *Could add a bit of white wine for a rich sauce over rice OR Toss in prepared walnut pesto and linguine pasta OR Plate shrimp single layer and dollop with pesto to serve as appetizers!
