Warmer weather calls for grilling out! Our Tangy Taco pairings are perfect for these chipotle chicken kabobs!

Ingredients

Directions

  • Combine all marinade ingredients into a food processor and blend.
  • Dice chicken, bell peppers, onion and pineapple into 1 inch cubes and marinate in freezer bags for 30 minutes (to 24 hours).
  • Heat grill to medium high.
  • Skewer chicken, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple onto skewers. Brush kebabs with Chipotle Olive Oil (or an extra virgin for less heat).
  • Grill. Turn every 4-5 minutes to grill evenly. Remove from heat when internal temperature reaches 165℉.
  • Serve with our Lime Cilantro Rice!

Notes

  • If using wood skewers. soak for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Brush more marinade on kebabs halfway through for even more flavor!
