Sometimes it can be hard to eat your vegetables. We all know we need them in our diets, but they just get so boring. Asparagus is one of the few favorite vegetables in my household, and this recipe is so easy!
EZPZ Herbs de Provence Asparagus with a Lavender Balsamic Glaze

1 tsp minced garlic
1 bunch fresh asparagus
2 Tbsp AOOC Lavender Balsamic
Directions
- Add the AOOC Herbs de Provence Olive Oil to a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add the asparagus and minced garlic, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the AOOC Lavender Balsamic Vinegar.
- Cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes, until asparagus is tender. Serve hot.
