Lemon & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
¾ cup frozen blueberries
⅓ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
½ Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp AOOC Lemon Fused Olive Oil
½ Tbsp AOOC Wild Blueberry Balsamic
zest from one lemon
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- (Add some ice cubes for a thicker smoothie or more Lemon Olive Oil for a creamier smoothie!)
