This delicious and healthy smoothie is filled with bright spring flavors! Make it in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp AOOC Lemon Fused Olive Oil

  • ½ Tbsp AOOC Wild Blueberry Balsamic

  • zest from one lemon 

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • (Add some ice cubes for a thicker smoothie or more Lemon Olive Oil for a creamier smoothie!)
  • Enjoy!
