      Lightly grease the inside of a ramekin with a small amount of the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil.

      In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry or grape tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, minced garlic, feta cheese, and chopped baby spinach.
    4. Season and Mix:
      Add the dried oregano, sea salt, dried thyme, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the vegetable mixture.
