Orangey Peach Slush

Fresh or frozen peaches
water
fresh lime juice
4 Tbsp AOOC Mani Orange Olive Oil
2 Tbsp AOOC Peach Balsamic
Directions
- (If using fresh peaches) Peel peaches by pouring boiling water over the peaches for 30 second, or just peel with a pairing knife.
- Chop peaches into chunks and put into a blender or food processor.
- Add water, squeeze of lime juice, olive oil and balsamic and blend until smooth in consistency.
- Pour into a pan (I used a 9×13) and freeze in freezer for 1-2 hours. (Stir a few times so it does not freeze in a solid block)
- Stir and whip it up with a fork so its slushy!
