Ingredients
1 pre-made flatbread
4 oz mozzarella, sliced
2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
1 peach, thinly sliced
fresh arugula
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Lay flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with Sweet Valencia Orange Olive Oil then drizzle with Peach Balsamic.
- Arrange slices of mozzarella over flatbread. Tear prosciutto into smaller pieces and spread over cheese then arrange peach slices on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly then add arugula and drizzle with more Peach Balsamic
- Slice and serve!
