  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Peel and dice your peaches and put them into a small bowl. Top with Peach Balsamic and gently stir to ensure all pieces are coated evenly. Set aside.
  • In a separate, medium-sized bowl add granulated sugar and Sweet Valencia Orange Olive Oil and mix will.
  • Beat in 2 eggs, then add milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir until blended.
  • Add oats to bowl and mix. Finally, add peaches and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Drizzle a 9×13 baking dish with Sweet Valencia Orange Olive Oil then pour oatmeal mixture into prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle top with brown sugar then cinnamon.
  • (You can now bake immediately or refrigerate overnight) Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • Best served with heavy cream, half and half, milk or a scoop of greek yogurt!
    Also try with a drizzle of Peach Balsamic, honey or maple syrup over top for extra sweetness!
