TROPICAL HIGH PHENOL SMOOTHIE

When we wake up in the morning and break our fast with the first meal of the day, it’s ideal to give your body something that is nutrient dense and easy to digest. High Phenol foods like berries and EVOO are linked to aiding nutrition in the gut micro biome. Balsamic vinegar also aids to lower blood sugar. This AOOC Koroneiki EVOO and AOOC Coconut BV smoothie is deliciously packed full of energy!
Ingredients for bottom layer
- 1 Mango
- 1 Frozen banana
- ¾ cup Coconut water or coconut milk
- AOOC Coconut BV
Ingredients for topping:
- ¼ cup Frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup Frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup Pomegranate juice or coconut water
- AOOC Koroneiki EVOO
Directions
- Blend all ingredients for the first smoothie, adding a drizzle of AOOC Coconut BV. Pour into large glass. Blend second smoothie with a drizzle of AOOC Koroneiki EVOO. Pour over the top and enjoy!
