Citrus “Ceviche”

1 large grapefruit
2 medium oranges
2 large avocados (or 4 small ones), diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 medium jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
AOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
AOOC Grapefruit Balsamic
Directions
- Peel skin from grapefruit and oranges. Slice along the center lines to make 1/4 inch thick rounds and break into wedges
- In a bowl, combine the citrus wedges, avocado, onion, cilantro, jalapeño and salt and pepper.
- Gently toss to combine, adjusting to taste and adding more salt as necessary.
- Top with drizzle of Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and Grapefruit Balsamic.
- Serve with tortilla chips!
