Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

  • 3 Tbsp AOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, combine chicken stock, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, lemon zest, garlic, dijon, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • In a gallon plastic bag or large bowl, combine chicken and chicken stock mixture, marinate for at least 2 hours to overnight. Drain chicken from marinade.
  • Heat a drizzle of Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken to pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve!
