1-2 English cucumbers, or 3-4 mini cucumbers, trimmed and sliced into half rounds
10 oz grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp AOOC Olive Oil + 1-2 Tbsp AOOC Balsamic

Directions
