EZPZ Oven Roasted Chicken

I am already in love with this recipe! I did not feel like making dinner after work the other night. I was feeling lazy and didn’t feel like spending forever cooking dinner.

This recipe was the perfect solution!

I got home, rubbed the chicken in spices and Tuscan Herb, and threw it in the oven in less than 15 minutes. Then I was able to not worry about it and come back to a delicious chicken 1 ½ hours later! (I kept it super simple and paired mine with some white rice and gravy).

This is definitely going to be one of my go-to weeknight recipes now!

Who doesn’t love AOOC Tuscan Herb?? Roasted chicken is so easy with Tuscan Herb that this will become one of your EZPZ go-to dinner recipes!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 to 3 lb whole chicken

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • AOOC Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Directions

  • Mix together spices in small bowl
  • Rub Chicken with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and then spice mixture
  • Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 ½ hours, or until meat reaches 165 degrees with meat thermometer
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Cheri said she loves to make 2 at a time so she always has leftovers for lunches!
  • OR shred up your leftover chicken to make our AOOC Chicken and Dumpling
