EZPZ Smokey Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

    • 1 bag of fresh brussel sprouts

    • 1/2 package of bacon

Directions

    1. In a cast iron skillet, brown up bite size pieces of bacon. Add brussel sprouts and 1 Tablespoon Abingdon Olive Oil Company Smoked Olive Oil. Stir for about 5-7 minutes. Drizzle AOOC 18-Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.

    2. Stir then place skillet in oven set for broil. Broil for 5 minutes until brussel sprouts are browning slightly.

    3. Drizzle more AOOC Tuscan Herb OO and AOOC 18-year Traditional BV to taste.
