Ingredients

  • Harissa Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp AOOC Mango Balsamic

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 3/5 cup mango puree or mango nectar

  • 1/4 cup harissa chili paste

  • Broiled Chicken Wings

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Mango Olive Oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • Sauce- Combine all mango harissa hot sauce ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens. Add salt to taste
  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a small bowl, add seasonings- salt, harissa, balsamic, and olive oil. Whisk to combine. Add chicken wings and coat in marinade.
  • On a sheet pan, place a grilling rack, coat with oil, place wings on rack, keeping some spacing in between. Turn oven to broil, then broil wings for 20 minutes, until wings are fully cooked through.
  • For even crispier skin, turn wings up-side down halfway through cooking.
  • When wings are cooked, in a wide bowl, add 1/2 of the sauce, add cooked wings and coat in sauce.
