For Two 12
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup ice water
- 3 Tbsp EVOO or Navel Orange Olive Oil
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Make a divot in the center and add water/olive oil. Mix together with a fork or paddle attachment on an electric mixer.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, not more than a minute. Divide the dough in half. Press each half into a circle 4″ in diameter. Dust with flour if the dough is sticky.
- Wrap each circle tightly in plastic, refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to three days and the dough can be frozen for up to a month!
- Remove dough, roll out to 12 inch shape using flour to keep it from sticking.
- Place into preferred baking pan and freeze or par bake right away!
