Mexican Street Corn Salad

2 bags frozen corn
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp AOOC Key Lime Balsamic
4 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1/2 cup queso fresco cheese
Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Pour bags of frozen corn onto a baking sheet in single layer. Drizzle with Baklouti Olive Oil
- Roast in oven for 20 minutes or until some kernels start to brown.
- Once corn cooks and cools, place in large serving bowl and toss with green onions, oil, vinegar and Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning.
- Top with crumbled queso fresco and garnish with extra Chili Lime Seasoning and some cilantro (optional).
