Most folks have the ingredients for these simple and nutritious pancakes so it is a great breakfast staple recipe. Use your favorite fruity balsamic or our AOOC Vermont Maple Balsamic over the top to replace maple syrup with a product that only has 3g of sugar per tablespoon.

minutesDrizzle with your favorite fruity balsamic reduction (3g of sugar per tablespoon). EZPZ to make just remember low and slow. Put your favorite balsamic in a small skillet and cook over low heat (I go with between 1 and 2 on my electric stove) for 20-40 minutes depending on how thick you want it to be, typically reducing to half.
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix together:
1 cup flour (unbleached)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda - In mixer, blend:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon AOOC Blood Orange or AOOC Roasted Almond Oil - Blend 2 together. Makes 18 pancakes

Add: 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (+ cinnamon and nutmeg to taste)
or 1 cup mashed bananas mini chocolate chips that make happy faces, pecans or walnuts, shredded coconut, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
