This Peach White Balsamic Bellini will become your new favorite brunch addition!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Abingdon Olive Oil Company Peach White Balsamic
- 1 pound peeled, sliced ripe peaches or 1 16oz bag frozen peaches defrosted
- 1 bottle chilled prosecco or other sparkling white wine
- a sprig of fresh mint or raspberries for garnish

- Muddle a few peach slices at the bottom of a pitcher o
- Add your desired amount of peach balsamic, fill the pitcher the rest of the way with prosseco or sparkling white wine
- Garnish wine glasses with raspberries and mint leaves
- Enjoy!
