Peach White Balsamic Bellini

This Peach White Balsamic Bellini will become your new favorite brunch addition!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Abingdon Olive Oil Company Peach White Balsamic
  • 1 pound peeled, sliced ripe peaches or 1 16oz bag frozen peaches defrosted
  • 1 bottle chilled prosecco or other sparkling white wine
  • a sprig of fresh mint or raspberries for garnish

 

Directions

    1. Muddle a few peach slices at the bottom of a pitcher o
    2. Add your desired amount of peach balsamic, fill the pitcher the rest of the way with prosseco or sparkling white wine
    3. Garnish wine glasses with raspberries and mint leaves
    4. Enjoy!
