Pear, Pomegranate, and Walnut Arugula Salad

5 oz baby arugula
½ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 pear, sliced
2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
3 Tbsp AOOC Walnut Oil
2 Tbsp AOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
1 Tbsp honey
salt, pepper & herb de provence to taste
Directions
- Add baby arugula, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, sliced pears, and crumbled goat cheese to a large bowl and mix.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Walnut Oil, Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, honey, salt, pepper and herbes de provence until the dressing thickens.
- Pour most of the dressing on top of the salad and mix.
- Recipe should serve 6 as side salads.
