Pear, Pomegranate, and Walnut Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 oz baby arugula

  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 pear, sliced

  • 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese

  • 3 Tbsp AOOC Walnut Oil

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • salt, pepper & herb de provence to taste

Directions

  • Add baby arugula, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, sliced pears, and crumbled goat cheese to a large bowl and mix.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Walnut Oil, Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, honey, salt, pepper and herbes de provence until the dressing thickens.
  • Pour most of the dressing on top of the salad and mix. 
  • Recipe should serve 6 as side salads.
