4 cups chopped potatoes (red or fingerling are best)
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2-4 Tbsp AOOC Herb de Provence
salt and pepper to taste
AOOC Lavender Balsamic glaze *Optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Arrange tossed potatoes onto your baking tray bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
- *optional* While potatoes bake, reduce Lavender Balsamic over low slow heat, stirring constantly, until balsamic has thickened into a glaze.
- When potatoes finish baking, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve hot.
