Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped potatoes (red or fingerling are best)

  • 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

  • 2-4 Tbsp AOOC Herb de Provence

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • AOOC Lavender Balsamic glaze *Optional

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Arrange tossed potatoes onto your baking tray bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  • *optional* While potatoes bake, reduce Lavender Balsamic over low slow heat, stirring constantly, until balsamic has thickened into a glaze.
  • When potatoes finish baking, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve hot.
