Asparagus
AOOC Greek Lemon Fused Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan
AOOC 18-Year Barrel Aged Balsamic
Salt/ pepper to taste
Directions
- Trim ends off asparagus
- Arrange on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper
- Drizzle with Lemon Olive Oil and salt and pepper
- Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- For the last few minutes of cooking, top with parmesan.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with 18 Year Balsamic.
- Pairs great with your choice of rice or rice pilaf!
