Ingredients

  • Asparagus

  • AOOC Greek Lemon Fused Olive Oil

  • Grated Parmesan

  • AOOC 18-Year Barrel Aged Balsamic

  • Salt/ pepper to taste

Directions

  • Trim ends off asparagus
  • Arrange on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper
  • Drizzle with Lemon Olive Oil and salt and pepper
  • Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
  • For the last few minutes of cooking, top with parmesan.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with 18 Year Balsamic.
  • Pairs great with your choice of rice or rice pilaf!
