Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Denissimo

2 Tbsp AOOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp AOOC Denissimo
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
4 cloves garlic very roughly chopped (add more if you love garlic)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add EVOO, garlic, salt and pepper. Gently mix until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil. Spread the Brussels sprouts into a single layer on baking sheet. For even better crisping, flip the Brussels sprouts so that they are all cut sides down.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and drizzle AOOC Denissimo evenly over Brussels sprouts. Continue baking for 10 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are lightly charred and crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
