Sweet & Spicy Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos, diced

  • 1/2 small red onion, diced

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 4 Tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil or AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil (use less if you don’t like it as spicy!)

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Mango Olive Oil or AOOC Pomegranate Quince Balsamic

  • squeeze of lime juice

  • 2 tsp Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend

Directions

  • Combine mango, red onion, bell pepper and cilantro in a medium size bowl.
  • In separate small bowl, combine Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil, Pomegranate Quince Balsamic, lime juice and Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning.
  • Add to bowl with mango mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  • Let salsa chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to let flavors blend.
