Sweet & Spicy Mango Salsa

2 Mangos, diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
4 Tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil or AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil (use less if you don’t like it as spicy!)
2 Tbsp AOOC Mango Olive Oil or AOOC Pomegranate Quince Balsamic
squeeze of lime juice
2 tsp Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend
Directions
- Combine mango, red onion, bell pepper and cilantro in a medium size bowl.
- In separate small bowl, combine Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil, Pomegranate Quince Balsamic, lime juice and Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning.
- Add to bowl with mango mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Let salsa chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to let flavors blend.
