Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 small onion, chopped
4 fresh mushrooms, chopped
minced garlic, as desired
1 cup Italian bed crumbs
Parsley flakes
salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine chicken, onions, mushrooms, garlic, bread crumbs, Italian Seasoning, parsley, and a drizzle of oil in bowl.
- Form into meatballs.
- Heat pan up to medium high heat. Add drizzle of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Pan fry meatballs until cooked through and browned.
- Can be stored in freezer bags for later or served immediately!
