  • Combine chicken, onions, mushrooms, garlic, bread crumbs, Italian Seasoning, parsley, and a drizzle of oil in bowl.
  • Form into meatballs.
  • Heat pan up to medium high heat. Add drizzle of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Pan fry meatballs until cooked through and browned.
  • Can be stored in freezer bags for later or served immediately!
