- Baklouti Queso
2-3 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
4.5 oz green chiles, chopped & drained
1 Tbsp Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend
- Nachos
2 medium chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
1 bag tortilla chips
2 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Pomegranate Quince Balsamic
1-2 Tbsp Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend
Extra toppings of your choice (I used pico de gallo, black olives & salsa)
guacamole & sour cream for serving
Directions
- Baklouti Queso
- Heat Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil in a saucepan over medium heat then whisk in flour. Allow to cook for a couple minutes.
- Pour milk into saucepan and whisk to combine. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add cheese, green chiles and Chili Lime Seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted about 2 minutes.
- Nachos Assembly
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, olive oil, balsamic and Chili Lime Seasoning. Stir to coat chicken evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange tortilla chips on sheet, covering it completely. Broil for 1-2 minutes (careful cause they will burn easily! just want to warm them a little!)
- Remove baking sheet from oven and top with chicken.
- Drizzle nachos and chicken with Baklouti Queso.
- Add the rest of your toppings. Enjoy!
