Ingredients

  • Baklouti Queso
  • 2-3 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4.5 oz green chiles, chopped & drained

  • 1 Tbsp Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend

  • Nachos
  • 2 medium chicken breasts, cooked & shredded

  • 1 bag tortilla chips

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Pomegranate Quince Balsamic

  • 1-2 Tbsp Basik’s Chili Lime Seasoning Blend

  • Extra toppings of your choice (I used pico de gallo, black olives & salsa)

  • guacamole & sour cream for serving

Directions

  • Baklouti Queso
  • Heat Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil in a saucepan over medium heat then whisk in flour. Allow to cook for a couple minutes.
  • Pour milk into saucepan and whisk to combine. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and add cheese, green chiles and Chili Lime Seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted about 2 minutes.
  • Nachos Assembly
  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, olive oil, balsamic and Chili Lime Seasoning. Stir to coat chicken evenly.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange tortilla chips on sheet, covering it completely. Broil for 1-2 minutes (careful cause they will burn easily! just want to warm them a little!)
  • Remove baking sheet from oven and top with chicken.
  • Drizzle nachos and chicken with Baklouti Queso.
  • Add the rest of your toppings. Enjoy!
