Ingredients

  • cornbread mix (I used 1 box of Jiffy)

  • milk & eggs per box instructions

  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

  • 4-6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

  • drizzle of AOOC Butter Olive Oil (or Baklouti for more heat), optional

Directions

  • Drizzle Baklouti olive oil into bottom of shallow cake pan or small iron skillet.
  • Prepare corn bread mix and pour into prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle cheese into mix and use a spatula to press down slightly
  • Cook per package instructions
  • Cool 15 minutes before serving
  • Drizzle with Butter or Baklouti olive oil. Slice and serve.
