Baklouti Cornbread

cornbread mix (I used 1 box of Jiffy)
milk & eggs per box instructions
2 Tbsp AOOC Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
4-6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
drizzle of AOOC Butter Olive Oil (or Baklouti for more heat), optional
Directions
- Drizzle Baklouti olive oil into bottom of shallow cake pan or small iron skillet.
- Prepare corn bread mix and pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle cheese into mix and use a spatula to press down slightly
- Cook per package instructions
- Cool 15 minutes before serving
- Drizzle with Butter or Baklouti olive oil. Slice and serve.
