Denissimo Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin

  • 1 Tbsp garlic

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 3/8 cup AOOC Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

  • 5 Tbsp AOOC Denissimo Balsamic

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tp salt

  • Optional: add 1/2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

Directions

  • Combine olive oil, balsamic, seasonings, garlic, dijon mustard, and garlic in food processor.
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry, season with salt & pepper.
  • Heat an oven safe skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle pan with olive oil. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Sear all sides of tenderloin for 1 minute on each side then turn heat off.
  • Pour marinade mixture over the pork tenderloin, carefully turning to coat the whole thing. Cover skillet with foil and transfer to oven.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and discard.
  • Drizzle Denissimo over tenderloin and return to oven. Continue to bake for 15 minutes, drizzling another Tbsp of Denissimo at minute intervals.
  • Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
