This recipe is a great way to have some nice savory chicken breast without a ton of calories. We really enjoy searing the whole piece of chicken and then baking through so that it stays moist and can be used on a variety of dishes!

  • Bring the heat on your stove to medium-high in an oven proof skillet. Preheat oven to 400 F. Score your chicken to add more surface area to cook. Season your chicken breasts with the Basiks Original Seasoning.
  • Add a generous amount of Olive Oil to the warmed pan, and once warmed through sear you chicken breasts on the unseasoned side for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the whole pan in the oven and bake until the top is crispy and the breasts are cooked to an internal temp of 165F. Cover in crumbled feta, you can either broil this in the oven if you like your cheese fully melted or just set this on top. Let your chicken rest for at least 5 more minutes
  • Assemble your salad, cover a plate with baby spinach, sliced chicken, and blueberries. Drizzle with AOOC Lemon Fused Olive Oil and Blueberry Dark Balsamic, and a fine drizzling of honey. Sweet, savory and nutritious.
