Ingredients

Directions

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees
  • Cut zucchini into slices and toss with AOOC Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil, Basik’s Angler Blend Seasoning Salt, and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
  • Place onto a baking sheet and top with the remaining cheese. Bake 8 minutes, or desired tenderness.
  • Turn oven to broil and place baking sheet on top rack. Broil for 2-3 minutes (just to brown a bit)
  • Remove from oven and finish with a drizzle of AOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic over top!
