EZPZ baked Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • AOOC Australian Barnea EVOO or your favorite EVOO from AOOC 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2-3 Diced pickles
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp Capers
  • 1Tbsp AOOC Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
  • AOOC Champagne Vinegar

Easy baked salmon sandwich – brush salmon with AOOC Australian Barnea, add salt & pepper and bake until it is cooked through. Meanwhile in a bowl – mix mayo, small-diced pickles, mustard, capers, AOOC Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil, a splash of AOOC Champagne Vinegar, salt & pepper to create your zesty aioli. Once salmon is cooked, assemble the sandwiches by adding the zesty aioli to the bun, arugula or watercress, and salmon. (optional: add onion or sliced cucumbers)…..and enjoy!
