EZPZ Cheesy Zucchini

Ingredients
2 Zucchini
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan (or Colby Jack) Cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Cut zucchini into slices and toss with AOOC Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil, Basik’s Angler Blend Seasoning Salt, and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
- Place onto a baking sheet and top with the remaining cheese. Bake 8 minutes, or desired tenderness.
- Turn oven to broil and place baking sheet on top rack. Broil for 2-3 minutes (just to brown a bit)
- Remove from oven and finish with a drizzle of AOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic over top!
