2 tablespoons Abingdon Olive Oil Company Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Abingdon Olive Oil Company Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup ground flax seed

1/4 cup raisins

3/4 cup shredded coconut

Mix peanut butter and Abingdon Olive Oil Company Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil. Heat for 30 seconds in a microwave.

Mix in Abingdon Olive Oil Company Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar thoroughly. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Fold together until well incorporated.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop the mixture into your hands and roll into bites. If too dry, add more OO and BV.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
