Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Reduction

The Happy Hearts Kitchen is always happy to make a reduction. Our Easter Special with the AOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic is a great place to start. This Balsamic has just a touch of tartness and a wonderful sweetness of lemon that makes it perfect to drizzle over fruit, baked goods, or even ice cream!

  1. Place the balsamic in a small saucepan and cook over medium low heat until the vinegar has reduced to at least half of the original amount
  2. As soon as the balsamic reduction reaches the consistency and concentration level that you prefer, remove it from the heat, and let it cool down.
  3. Enjoy!
