Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

⅓ cup honey
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1-2 Tbsp AOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 Tbsp AOOC Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil
salt & pepper to taste
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced into round
4-6 salmon filets
Directions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, Honey Ginger Balsamic & red pepper flakes
- Season salmon filets with salt and pepper
- Heat pan to medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salmon skin-side up and cook until golden (about 5 minutes), then flip.
- Add garlic to skillet and cook 1 minute. Add honey mixture and sliced lemons.
- Cook until sauce is reduced by about 1/3. Baste salmon with the sauce.
- Garnish and enjoy!
- Optional- serve with asparagus! Double honey sauce recipe, coat asparagus spears in sauce, roast on sheet pan in oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
